Getting Started

Customer management in Cropolis was designed to give you maximum usability with your customer lists and to allow you to easily stay organized, ensuring that the right customers get the right order forms every time.

The customer management feature has two primary sections accessible by clicking on the tab titles at the top of the Contacts page. In the “Customers” view, all contacts entered into your account are viewable and can be edited. In the “Groups” view, customers can be added and removed from custom groups.

Using Cropolis Groups is highly recommended and can significantly reduce the time you spend keeping track of and organizing your customers.
