Creating Customer Groups

To create a group, navigate to the contacts page within your Cropolis profile. Use the right-hand tab to open the group listing. If no groups have been created in your profile, a generic, “default” group will appear on your list.

To add another group, click the “+” button to the left of the yellow “Customer Groups” navigation tab. A field will appear to enter the name of the new group. Enter the desired group name and click save. A new group will appear at the top of your list of groups.
